FIRST SNOW OF THE SEASON!!!
I LOVE snow!
I was actually planning on going to a corn maze tonight, but instead I decided to chill at home and help gather the tomatoes and pumpkins from our garden before the freeze.
I'm so happy! This is one of the best things that's happened in the past couple of weeks! Well... except for getting my driver's permit.
I'll be uploading more art shortly.
Over and out,
Azelah

Ah, well, nothing much RL. We have kittens!

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?

Sorry for my bad English, I'm Polish.

Mmmmm ice cream! You lucky dog, you!
Interning at the zoo would be great! I hope you do get a job there! In a way you remind me of one of my friend who volunteered at our zoo during the summer and is interning there this next year. It sound fun, and I bet the Philly zoo is waaaay better then our little dumpy one. I hope everything works out!
As for reading, I've been listening to those books on CD things while driving to Yellowstone and back and if you've never heard of the book Walkin' the Dog, you should definitely check it out. Esp. the book on CD because the voices are SO good. Have you read anything good lately?
Guitar! That sounds cool. I tried a little on my sister's, but it hurts my hands a lot. I guess you'd get used to it--get callouses and all that, but I'm a lazy bum and decided to stick with what I know--piano... Except for the fact that I haven't played in a while... Lol. I hate people listening to me play so I have to wait for everyone to be out of the house before I can sneak over and bust some tunes. Also, I've become too lazy to read the music, so I really just improv now. I want to do more sheet music though. I guess I'll just have to suck it up and relearn it--face the music, if you will. Teehee. XD
Keep it up with the guitar, girl! I wish I could hear it. Maybe you could record a little something?
I just been working on a Capitol project with idiots that never send me the right information (it's a web thing). Running, too. This morning I went and found the wrong cross country team. Centennial was like, "What you doing here, mf?" Lol, not really, but I ended up stalking them on their route because I learned that I had missed my team by half and hour. Haha. Oh well.
Holy geez this was a long comment, sorry! xP
Awww, that sounds like such buttface thing!! I've only sorta had that happen on one school project, and I just wanted to be like, "grr... just don't touch ANYTHING and let me do it, 'cause you suck." Which, in hindsight, is only similar to your situation in that it's frustrating, lol. It's not that I'm some huge control freak or anything, but just that I'd prefer to work with people who don't fail on an hourly basis
Annnnnd HEY! I've been running too
I'm still sorta hoping to intern at the Zoo, but I've heard it helps if you've volunteered before, and I'm not sure if I'd be able to arrange that sorta transportation >.> SOOOO a friend told me about this other thing called the Students Conservation Association, and apparently they rock at handing out outdoorsy internships and providing places to stay and shtuff. So I'm going to check that shiz out.
WAAAAAIII! Yellowstone? I'm so jealous
I'm the same way with guitar. I thankfully still have the calouses having not played for a year or so, but I hate playing when people are around, especially since I can only remember a few songs
Anyways, I'm gonna get back to my lazy day of dvds and shtuff. I'm being lazy and instead of drawing anything new, I'm re-inking and coloring that tattoo design I did (I still sorta wanna get it, but I don't want to get a tramp stamp even though that seems the most logical place to put it). Like, I'd want it some place I could hide it, but I'm really anal about things being symmetrical, and so I wouldn't want it off to one side, all uneven like. AH, anyways, yeah. ^___^ BUH BYE!!!

Aaaanyways, I totally cracked up at "I'd prefer to work with people who don't fail on an hourly basis". Heheheeeeeee. Lordy, I though I'd crack a rib (lol, before I accidentally wrote "lung" instead of "rib". Crack a lung, what, what!)
My capital Capitol project is this informational kiosk about the state Capitol. Wooo! lol.
Yay another runner! I'm not that intense, really. I just like annoying the other people on the team. A little. Just a bit. Like, I felt soooo stupid and a tad sorry for calling this one freshyman kid Micheal for maybe 2 weeks just to find out TODAY that his name is Malcolm! AAAANd I had no idea that he was the brother of the other guy I run with, even though they drive and do eeeeverything together! Hahahfjdkdjfowi. I can be a real dummy sometimes. I think the heat here melted my brains a bit.
Your dog sounds soo cute! I had a golden retriever once. She was adorable! But pretty lazy... and drooly... haha.
The Students Conservation Association sound awesome! I bet you'll have tons of fun!
I only live like 6-7 hours away from Yellowstone, even closer if I stay at my Grandma's, so my sis and I decided to check it out. The last time I was there I must have been about 4. It was really great! You HAVE to go sometime! Esp. in early June because you'll see a lot more wildlife and the snow and rain deters wimps. God, I never really realized how much I LOATH wimpy people. I have to tell you a really funny story on this topic in a note sometime. Maybe I'll write a short story.... Hmmm teehehe. Other than that I just got back from another camping adventure! I have some really gorgeous photos that I'll have to upload.
Oo I've heard of the Green Mile! But not Running in the Rain (which sounds cool, too). Walkin' the Dog is set in Cali (LA, I think) and about an ex-con. It's about race and gender and reputation and prejudice and forgiveness and self-worth. If you can't stand swearing, I wouldn't recommend it, but I really dig that harsh tone, so I'm a fan. But like I said, the CD's voices are even better. The other book you mention sounds interesting, but sort-of boring too. Is it non-fiction or fiction?
WOO for never finishing TODO lists! I do that a TON! I'm actually surprised at myself, though, because I was bored at the new library close to my house and I discovered they had books on PHP! I'm teaching myself and find it very exciting! (Yes, yes, I'm a nerd.
OOO that tattoo is cool! You sound a lot like my sister about the symmetrical dilemma, though, hehehe.
and also... HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOOKYII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry it's so late! Hope it was a good'en!
